Giving back to schools, non-profits, clubs, and local organizations
Eligibility
We partner with schools, non-profits, youth sports programs, local organizations, and government sponsored agencies or events
Booking:
Fundraisers are scheduled around our verified events. Confirmations for fundraisers occur 15-30 days out.
Menu and Offerings:
Fundraiser menus (limited vs full) and set up types (cart vs trailer) are at the discretion of Southern Soda Company
Minimum:
A minimum of $500 in net sales must be met before funds are eligible to be donated back to your organization. This equates to approx. 80 drinks.
Percentages:
$500-$1,000= 10% to your organization
$1,001-$1,500= 15% to your organization
$1,500 and above= 20% to your organization
Payment:
All donated funds are distributed at the conclusion of the event via electronic payment with receipt. Checks are not issued or mailed.

Why hire a company for drinks?
We are a full service beverage company. We handle everything from hauling the hundreds of pounds of ice, to the straws, and everything in between. All you have to do is enjoy!
Do you have diet soda options?
Absolutely! We want every guest to enjoy a specialty sip.
For the Trailer: Our trailer packages include a 1:5 ratio of diet to regular soda bases. If you anticipate a higher demand for diet soda options, you can easily expand your dedicated diet/ zero inventory in increments of 6 as an add-on.
For the Soda Cart: Since the indoor cart serves a fixed count of 48 drinks, you have the option to request a Sprite/Sprite Zero split (in increments of 6) as a direct inventory swap at no additional cost.
Do you have sugar free syrup options
We certainly do! To ensure everyone can enjoy a handcrafted soda, we carry a curated collection of four core sugar-free syrups. These allow us to create sugar-free versions of our most popular signature drinks without compromising on the creative flavors or premium experience we’re known for. We also occasionally rotate in seasonal sugar-free favorites to keep the menu fresh.
Do you require power?
Cart: No power is required.
Trailer: We are fully self contained and utilize a generator. If a client requests for us to NOT use the generator, power must be provided via either one dedicated 20A outlet or two 15A outlets on separate circuits. These circuits must be reserved exclusively for the trailer during service and no more than 75 feet away from the outlet.
What are the space requirements for the cart?
The cart is 5 feet by 2 feet. However, we do require a total footprint of 10 feet by 10 feet.
What are the space requirements for the trailer?
To park the trailer, if pulling in straight ahead is not an option, requires an unobstructed area of 75 feet by 20 feet to maneuver. The trailer does remain attached to the tow vehicle, and is only dropped at the discretion of Southern Soda Company with discussion ahead of time.
Retainers and booking:
Retainers are required to secure your date. Packages must be paid, in full, 48 hours before the event start time. Events booked less than 14 days out require full payment to book.
Permits, permission, and insurance:
Special/ additional permits are generally not required for events on private property, non-profit organizations, schools, churches, or government sponsored events lasting 120 hours or less. However, events on public property will require you to sign two agreements (which we will submit to the Georgia Department of Public Health, as required) stating that you give us permission to set up on site and that we are able to use your facilities. Proof of insurance can be provided during booking.
What about large and/or far away events?
Additional requirements may apply for events over 100 drinks/ people and travel outside of our normal travel radius. Such requirements may include additional makers, time, travel, service charges, kit rentals or more.

Our trailer features a clean, unbranded exterior designed with versatility in mind. You can easily remove the sign on the side and replace it with no signage or signage of your own. This allow for seamless, personalized branding to match your event's theme or corporate identity.
